Updates for the Week of May 16 - 20

Note these changes

• X-Box Bowling League (from 1:00-2:30PM) is CANCELLED on Tuesday, May 17th
• Chair Yoga (from 3:00-4:00PM) is being relocated to SOCIAL HALL on Tuesday, May 17th
• Please be advised that Jewish Astrology originally scheduled for Thursdays 10-11am in the Arts & Crafts Room has been moved to Fridays from 1-2pm in Ensemble Room 1, effective May 13 to July 8, 2016
• Due to Drivers ED Class on Tuesday May 17th in the Arts and Crafts room Art of Watercolors and Pastels will be cancelled

​New fitness classes, programs & events coming soon !

• Starting June 7th we will be kicking off our new class called SAIL.  “ STAY ACTIVE & INDEPENDENT FOR LIFE”

This is an evidence based class improving the health of older adults by reducing fall risk factors. Stay tuned for times and location

• New York Road Runners  will be coming to our center to incorporate the striders walking group!

In conjunction with our walk with ease program this is a wonderful addition to get your feet walking! Stay tuned for date and times.

Trip to Il Laboratorio Del Gelato
The bus leaves from HKC at 10am.

Lunch- Music in the Afternoon with Lena Khaymovich and CLLD Choir.
Dinner/Entertainment-  A James Taylor tribute concert, featuring guitar,bass and vocal renditions of variety of the popular songs,performed by Steve Athanail.
