We are looking for an instructor (Volunteer or Professional) willing to teach one of these two courses: Music History or Museums around the World. If you are interested, please see Bella.

Matter of Balance

• Tai Chi For Arthritis

NEW COURSES & CHANGES

• Barre Class

Barre Fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

• Holistic Yoga

This class is cancelled and in its place we are offering Express Yourself! This new class is very similar to Holistic Yoga with a little more emphasis on emotional stability.
