As a reminder the last day to sign up for the NYC Marathon volunteer opportunity is this Wednesday Aug 31st 2016. As of now we have 32 of our wonderful participants/Staff/members of the Staten Island JCC group signed up. If you would like to participate in this wonderful event please sign up by creating a profile at mynyrr.nyrr.org . Once you have your profile created go to volunteer NYC marathon. Please make sure to indicate when completing the application that you choose the SIJCC under the drop down group category. We will be at the starting line early in the morning . Through conversation and dialogue, you will achieve a level of understanding, speaking and writing. During every lesson, participants will use audio CD’s to brush up on pronunciations.
